When will my order be delivered?
We ship twice a month. Be sure to select your desired delivery date at checkout. Once your order is shipped, delivery takes 1 to 4 business days. You will receive an email after placing your order with more information about delivery.
Is it possible to return an item?
Items cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.
How much is the shipping fee?
The shipping cost is $15.00 for Quebec and Ontario. For other provinces and countries, fees may vary; please contact us for a quote.
How can I save on shipping costs?
Tip! Have your order shipped together with a friend’s order. That way, you can split the shipping costs between the two of you!
Is it possible to combine -bundle my purchases?
Yes. However, due to space limitations, your orders may be held for a maximum of 4 months.
Are your items secondhand?
Most of our clothing is secondhand—that’s the DNA of Nouvelle Vague: keeping circular fashion alive with style! We choose trusted brands, pieces that last, and items that can be worn season after season. You’ll find natural fabrics, upcycled or vintage clothing, garments made from recycled materials… and sometimes even a few new pieces. Some items may show a bit more wear and have small marks or imperfections; no surprises—everything is clearly noted in the product description.
All our clothes are lovingly cared for: sorted, repaired (if needed), dyed (if needed), spot-cleaned (if needed), de-pilled (if needed), washed, and ironed. They’re ready to wear as soon as your package arrives!
